RICHARD T. JACKSON

President and CEO of Todd-Gordon Property Management Services, Mr. Jackson is a strategic leader with over 25 years of property and asset management experience. Mr. Jackson has managed and/or developed every type of residential and multi-family property. Appointed to the Charles County Housing Authority and serving on numerous HOA and Resident Boards, Mr. Jackson also served as the Area Manager for the District of Columbia Housing Authority, the largest landlord in the Washington metropolitan area, personally overseeing 1,250 units of housing and requisite staffing. Mr. Jackson's stewardship of client assets continues to successfully contribute to their profits and revenue goals. Both a real estate developer and investor, Mr. Jackson and his team oversee properties throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Mr. Jackson is certified in Military Relocation, Tax-Credit Properties, Fair Housing, a Maryland real estate licensee, and a huge dog lover.
